Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp - Join Blue Lake's summer camp for adults for several days of arts activity and camp fun in a rustic wilderness setting. Participants attend daily classes, work sessions, and/or rehearsals with experienced Blue Lake faculty. You'll also receive free access to all Blue Lake events and conclude camp with a final presentation. All ability levels welcome. For ages 21 to 101.
Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, a summer school of the arts located on a 1,300 acre campus in Michigan's Manistee National Forest, offers fine arts education for all ages. Each summer, the principal camp program annually serves more than 5,300 gifted elementary, junior high, and high school students with diverse programs in music, art, dance, and drama while offering more than 175 performances during its Summer Arts Festival. Blue Lake also operates a widely acclaimed International Exchange Program and two public radio stations. Since its inception in 1966, Blue Lake has provided cultural enrichment to more than 300,000 gifted students and countless concert-goers.
Lakeshore Museum Center - Formerly the Muskegon County Museum, the Lakeshore Museum Center is proud to present its new name and logo. We want everyone to know that our institution is made up of multiple sites and buildings. In addition to the natural and cultural history museum, we have the Hackley and Hume Historic Site, the Fire Barn Museum, the Scolnik House of the Depression Era, the Archives and much more! All museum sites are within a few blocks of the Holiday Inn Muskegon Harbor.
