• Meals only refund for cancellations received/postmarked from 3/1/2011 - 4/1/2011
• No refunds for cancellations received/postmarked after 4/1/2011

Convention band dress:
Men: Black dress pants, black long sleeve dress shirt, black shoes & socks. No tie!
Ladies: Long or calf length dress, skirt and blouse, or slack suit. Long or ¾ sleeves. (No see through or lacy material, no sleeveless.) Black hosiery, conservative black shoes. Conservative jewelry, if any. Avoid perfumes and colognes.
