Preconcert Orders

In order to expedite orders during our short breaks, Chakra has agreed to take pre-orders. 

• Please fill out this form as many times as necessary to order the beverages you would like and when you would like them.
• Please place your order no later than 3PM on July 13th.  The form will be closed at that time.

Lemonade - $4 small / $6 large, add $1 for frozen, $1 per scoop of add-ons

Smoothies - $7 small / and $10 large

• Third Eye: Strawberry, Blueberry, Blackberry, Coconut Milk
• Throat: Banana, Blueberry, Lemon, Blue Spirulina, Pineapple Juice
• Solar Plexus: Banana, Pineapple, Mango, Pineapple Juice
• Sacral: Passion fruit, Mango, Pineapple, Coconut Milk
• Root: Strawberry, Kiwi, Cherry, Lime Juice, Pineapple Juice
