The West Michigan Concert WINDS will brave the Wilderness to forge from the Atlantic to the Pacific Coast. Venturing off under Golden Skies, exploring the beautiful Appalachian Trails. Discovering the Great Plains on a Locomotive Race. Rambling across the great Arkansas River.

Living a Cowboy’s Life, all the struggles and joy that daily life brings them, discovering the incredible Yosemite in all its stunning Autumn glory.  If that isn’t enough beauty, they take a Journey Above the Tundra to Alaska discovering all the glories America offers from Maine to Oregon and beyond!

What a variety of flora, wildlife and landscape we have in our United States!  

Ocean to Ocean ~ Mountains to Mountains!

Come celebrate with us and we share the stage with three west Michigan HS Band directors & their first chair musicians.  They will join the WINDS as we play one of their fine wind band pieces that they are preparing for their band festival this winter. This is a wonderful collaborative experience for the High School musicians to work alongside our adult musicians with their own band director leading the way. If you are looking for a way to celebrate the amazing talents of the teens today, this is it!

Let the West Michigan Concert WINDS take you on a journey through unbelievable kingdoms, crazy cities, and perhaps even familiar video game territories. This concert shares ambiguous and liminal truths as to whether it is true or fiction. Is it real? Did it really happen?
