The WINDS open their 34th season with a Halloween concert sure to be a hit with "kids" of all ages. The WINDS last Halloween concert was on this date in 2001. The WINDS are happy to introduce yet another Michigan Adult Community Band to its West Michigan audience as we welcome the Southshore Concert Band of Benton Harbor, Michigan.

Our annual "Winners & WINDS" concert in March features two high school youth scholarship recipients as soloists, along with select band students and band directors from two area High Schools. This concert is sponsored in part by a grant from the Community Foundation for Muskegon County.

Colors have the ability to convey and affect emotions. Please come and expericence a kaleidoscope of color and test this theory for yourself. The program will feature works by John Makey, Mark Camphouse, Peter Grahm, Samuel Hazo and Percy Grainger, plus a march or two.
